La Tarjeta Regalo solo se puede canjear en la web de BILLY ELLIOT El Musical y a través de nuestro call center en el 902 488 488 y sobre las localidades disponibles en www.entradas.com. Se recomienda realizar el canje unos días antes de la función deseada para asegurarse sus localidades.
Recuerda que la tarjeta está cargada con un saldo previamente escogido por la persona que te la ha regalado. El precio de las entradas y las categorías pueden variar sin previo aviso a lo largo de la vida del musical. Como parte de los beneficios de la Tarjeta Regalo es posible adquirir una entrada de más importe o aumentar el número de entradas si en el proceso de pago, además de usar la tarjeta regalo, añades la diferencia con tu propia tarjeta de crédito o débito.
Canjear la Tarjeta Regalo en Internet es muy sencillo. Accede a la sección Canjear Tarjeta Regalo en la sección de ENTRADAS de www.billyelliot.es e inicia el proceso de compra habitual eligiendo la fecha de función y el número de butacas. En el momento de confirmar el pago, solo tienes que introducir en la forma de pago “Código promocional / Tarjeta Regalo “, el código de 16 dígitos que encontrarás impreso en la Tarjeta Regalo.
Ten en cuenta que la Tarjeta Regalo por sí misma no te da acceso al teatro. Necesitas canjearla por entradas.
¿CUÁNDO CADUCA MI TARJETA?
La tarjeta regalo tiene validez hasta 31 de junio de 2019. Debido a la alta demanda de BILLY ELLIOT El Musical te recomendamos canjear tus entradas con antelación a la fecha en que quieras venir al Teatro, es la única forma en que podemos garantizarte buenas ubicaciones.

No es posible. La Tarjeta Regalo solo puede ser canjeada por entradas (no por productos de bares ni merchandising), y en ningún caso se devuelve el importe en metálico. No obstante, si no agotaras el saldo puedes hacer uso de él en un nuevo proceso de compra de entradas.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
