Terms of use of the Netflix gift card
Las tarjetas regalo solo se pueden canjear por el servicio de suscripción Netflix (el "Servicio Netflix") en países donde se ofrezca dicho servicio en la moneda indicada en la tarjeta regalo. Para canjear una tarjeta regalo, ve a www.netflix.com/redeem y escribe el número PIN de la tarjeta. Para canjear una tarjeta regalo debes crear o tener una cuenta existente y válida en Netflix. Las tarjetas regalo de Netflix no se podrán canjear en una cuenta que se factura a través de ciertas entidades colaboradoras (terceros), como, por ejemplo, iTunes. Si su cuenta se factura a través de tales entidades colaboradoras, para poder canjear una tarjeta de regalo Netflix primero deberá cancelar sus datos de facturación de Netflix a través de dicha entidad colaboradora y proceder a canjear su tarjeta en www.netflix.com/redeem cuando finalice el período de facturación. La suscripción está sujeta a la previa aceptación de los términos de licencia y uso, a un software y hardware compatibles, y al acceso a Internet (que podría estar sujeto a una cuota adicional). Para suscribirte al servicio Netflix debes ser mayor de 18 años.
El valor total de las tarjetas regalo se aplicará a tu cuenta Netflix en el momento del canje, y no podrás volver a usar la tarjeta de nuevo. La cuota mensual de inscripción depende del plan que tú escojas. Puedes aplicar el valor de la tarjeta regalo a cualquier plan. Sin embargo, las tarjetas regalo tienen asignado un valor monetario fijo y la duración de la suscripción de la tarjeta regalo dependerá del plan que escojas.
Las tarjetas regalo no son reembolsables (ni en metálico ni de otra manera), salvo en la medida que lo exija la legislación vigente, y solo se pueden canjear por el servicio Netflix. Durante la duración de la suscripción de la tarjeta regalo, puedes cancelar tu suscripción a Netflix en cualquier momento. Dicha cancelación será efectiva tras finalizar la duración de la tarjeta regalo. Las tarjetas regalo no se pueden usar para comprar otras tarjetas regalo, y no se pueden recargar. Puede haber limitaciones para combinaciones con otras ofertas.
La titularidad de la tarjeta regalo y el riesgo de su pérdida, destrucción o deterioro se transmiten al comprador en el momento de su entrega. Netflix no se hace responsable de la pérdida, robo, destrucción o uso sin tu permiso de tarjetas regalo. EN EL CASO DE QUE UNA TARJETA REGALO NO FUNCIONE, TU ÚNICA SOLUCIÓN SERÁ LA SUSTITUCIÓN DE DICHA TARJETA. Los presentes términos no afectan a tus derechos legales.
