Los vales de regalo no son reembolsables y pueden canjearse en www.ryanair.com y www.laudamotion.com.
Cualquier cantidad que no haya sido utilizada se transferirá a un nuevo vale a nombre del destinatario con la misma fecha de caducidad que el vale original.*
Los vales de regalo tienen una validez de 12 meses (365 días) a contar desde la fecha de emisión del vale y pueden canjearse en www.ryanair.com y www.laudamotion.com.La validez de los vales de regalo no puede ampliarse.
El importe máximo que puede pagarse por transacción es de 200 GBP/EUR o su equivalente en la divisa nacional.
Los vales de regalo solo pueden canjearse en la divisa en la que han sido emitidos.
Los vales de regalo son válidos únicamente para el uso de su destinatario, cuyo nombre ha de ser el primero que se introduzca durante el proceso de reserva de vuelos.
En una misma reserva se puede usar un máximo de 4 vales de regalo. Si el precio total del vuelo es superior al valor de el/los vale/s de regalo, la diferencia de precio podrá pagarse mediante tarjeta de crédito/débito o PayPal.
Los vales de regalo pueden utilizarse para adquirir vuelos, contratar seguros de viaje e impuestos, cargos y tasas asociadas (no para el alquiler de coches o reserva de hoteles).
No se permite el cambio de nombre si una reserva se ha efectuado utilizando un vale de regalo.
A no ser que la ley aplicable indique lo contrario, su contrato con Ryanair y estos Términos y condiciones se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de Irlanda, y cualquier disputa en relación a este contrato y estos Términos y condiciones estará sujeta a la jurisdicción de los tribunales irlandeses.
PROCEDIMIENTO:
Para aplicar su número de reembolso/regalo recibido, las condiciones son las siguientes:
1. El primer pasajero de la reserva nueva debe ser la persona a la cual le asignaron este número de reembolso/tarjeta de regalo.
2. Colocar el nombre como aparece en la reserva, en primer apellido coloca los 2 apellidos, en el campo segundo apellido marca la casilla como si no lo tuviera.
3. Agregue todos los servicios que desee, cuando vaya a finalizar vendrá el paso de pagar.
4. En este momento cuando le pida pagar aplica el número de reembolso asignado. Si el código de reembolso no cubre totalmente el costo de su reserva, podrá realizar un pago con cualquier otro tipo de forma de pago.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
