La Tarjeta regalo electrónicade Hunter ("Tarjeta regalo electrónica") no es un cheque, garantía, tarjeta de crédito o tarjeta de cargos. Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas son las que se adquieren por Internet y se remiten al beneficiario a través del correo electrónico u otros medios electrónicos.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas compradas por Internet pueden adquirirse por cualquier importe entre 10£/10€ y 1000£/1000€.
No podrán aplicarse códigos de promociones en la compra de Tarjetas regalo electrónicas.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas se remiten por correo electrónico al beneficiario una vez que se ha procesado íntegramente el pedido y se ha recibido el pago. También se remitirá una copia al remitente como confirmación del envío. Hunter no se hace responsable de la entrega de una Tarjeta regalo electrónica a una dirección de correo electrónico incorrecta o inexistente. En dicho caso, el comprador será el único responsable.
Hunter cancelará el valor de una Tarjeta regalo electrónica si no recibe el pago del banco del comprador o empresa emisora de la tarjeta por la compra inicial de la Tarjeta regalo electrónica. En caso de sospecha de uso fraudulento de una tarjeta de crédito podrán tomarse otras medidas.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas con un importe denominado en GBP podrán usarse en la tienda de Regent Street de Londres, y por Internet en www.hunterboots.com. Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas con un importe denominado en EUROS podrán utilizarse para realizar compras por Internet en cualquiera de los sitios web europeos de Hunter: eu.hunterboots.com , it.hunterboots.com , fr.hunterboots.com, es.hunterboots.com y de.hunterboots.comLas Tarjetas regalo electrónicas no pueden utilizarse para realizar compras en ninguna de las concesiones de Hunter, tiendas outlet o espacios de venta itinerantes o temporales.
Solo podrán adquirirse por Internet como máximo cinco Tarjetas regalo electrónicas por transacción.
Para realizar compras en la tienda con la Tarjeta regalo electrónica usted deberá estar presente.
Como máximo podrá utilizarse 1 Tarjeta regalo por transacción, ya sea por Internet o en la tienda.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas no pueden utilizarse para comprar tarjetas regalo o tarjetas regalo electrónicas.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas no pueden canjearse ni convertirse en dinero en efectivo.
Si su compra es superior al valor de su Tarjeta regalo electrónica, deberá abonar la diferencia mediante tarjeta de crédito, débito o Paypal.
Si su compra es inferior al valor de la Tarjeta regalo electrónica, no se le devolverá el cambio pero podrá utilizar el saldo que quede en su Tarjeta en futuras compras. Podrá obtener información sobre el saldo restante de su tarjeta en cualquier punto de caja en la tienda o por Internet en http://www.hunterboots.com/giftcard_balance.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas caducan a los 24 meses desde la fecha de la última transacción (es decir, desde su activación, compra o devolución) y cuando caduquen se perderá cualquier saldo saldo restante en ellas.
Las Tarjetas regalo electrónicas no pueden devolverse ni reembolsarse, salvo de conformidad con sus derechos legales.
Trate su Tarjeta regalo electrónica como si fuese efectivo. No se remplazarán tarjetas perdidas, robadas o dañadas.
Todas las devoluciones de productos comprados con su Tarjeta regalo electrónica se realizarán de conformidad con la política de devoluciones de Hunter disponible en las tiendas Hunter (para compras en dichas tiendas) y en el/los sitio(s) web de Hunter (para compras por Internet). El importe pagado mediante su Tarjeta regalo electrónica se añadirá al saldo de su Tarjeta regalo electrónica y se le enviará una confirmación por correo electrónico de su nuevo saldo en el plazo de cinco días desde la devolución. Cualquier importe no pagado mediante Tarjeta regalo electrónica se devolverá a través del mismo método de compra utilizado (p. ej., efectivo, tarjeta de débito, tarjeta de crédito o Paypal).
Hunter se reserva el derecho a rechazar unaTarjeta regalo electrónica cuando considere que ha sido manipulada, duplicada, dañada o cuando sospeche que está relacionada con cualquier tipo de fraude.
Hunter se reserva el derecho a modificar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento, cuando lo considere razonable y necesario. Estos términos y condiciones no afectan a sus derechos legales.
Los datos personales que se le soliciten en el curso de la emisión, registro o activación de su Tarjeta regalo electrónica, que podrán incluir su nombre, dirección, dirección de correo electrónico y número de teléfono, se utilizarán exclusivamente para la administración de su Tarjeta regalo electrónica. Siempre que se le solicite que facilite información personal se aplicará la Política de Privacidad de Hunter.
