Terms of use of the Moeve Carburante gift card

Amounts other than 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 or 100 euros may be delivered as several gift cards adding up to the same amount.

The MOEVE fuel voucher is valid for both petrol and Diesel and can be used at all participating service stations in Spain and Portugal (you can check them at www.tubonoregalo.es).

They cannot be combined in the same purchase, but the remaining balance can be used in subsequent purchases.

Its validity is indicated on the document itself and will not be less than 4 months from its issue.

It is a bearer document and responsibility for its use lies exclusively with its holder or bearer. The MOEVE Group will under no circumstances be liable for any fraudulent or deceptive use that may be made of the MOEVE Fuel Voucher, nor for its loss or theft.

The MOEVE Fuel Voucher will not be accepted as a means of payment if the computer Terminal installed at the participating Establishment does not allow its electronic or automatic use, even if this is due to a power cut or technical problems. Manual transactions are not valid.

The MOEVE Group shall remain unaffected by any liabilities that may arise from the transaction carried out between the MOEVE NETWORK or participating establishments and the holder or bearer of the MOEVE Fuel Voucher, as well as from the relationship between the applicant/purchaser of the MOEVE Fuel Voucher and its holder or bearer.

The MOEVE Group reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time, communicating this in the same manner and through the same means, such amendment being applicable from the moment of its publication.

The discount applies exclusively to purchases of automotive petrol and diesel, is valid on any day during the validity period of the Coupon and may only be used for refuelling, not for the purchase of other products such as car washes or shop items.

To obtain the discount at participating MOEVE Service Stations, the customer must hand over the Coupon when paying for the refuelling. Once the purchase receipt or invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to present the Coupon to apply the discount to that purchase.

The customer may pay for the refuelling using any of the payment methods accepted at the Service Station (including payment with Discount Points from MOEVE's “Porque Tu Vuelves” Loyalty Programme) and through MOEVE PAY, provided that payment through the App is made at the Service Station till.

This discount can be combined with discounts on MOEVE payment and loyalty cards (“Porque TU Vuelves” Card, “Visa MOEVE Porque TU Vuelves” “Ser de Orange”, “Air Europa SUMA”, “El Club de Unidad Editorial” and “Iberia Plus”), except in-person discount cards (Club Grupo, AVIS and Taxi), professional payment cards and Carrefour Cards, and other offers with a discount Coupon at MOEVE Service Stations.

Neither the Coupon nor the discount may under any circumstances be exchanged, altered or financially compensated at the customer's request. If the customer declines it, no alternative gift will be offered.

Damaged and/or illegible coupons will not be accepted. MOEVE is not responsible for the discount being impossible to apply for this reason. Nor is MOEVE responsible if the discount cannot be applied because the Service Station terminal is out of order.

MOEVE is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, delay or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the Coupon or its holder, and reserves the right not to accept the Coupon in the event of fraud or any other practice that does not comply with these conditions of use or with good faith.

The exact expiry/validity date, or the absence of one, will be shown on the document itself.
