Funcionamiento. La adquisición y/o el uso de la tarjeta regalo implica la aceptación íntegra de estas condiciones generales, disponibles en www.adolfodominguez.com. La tarjeta regalo (GIFT CARD) es propiedad de ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ, S.A (en adelante AD), que es quien la emite, por lo que su portador es un mero depositario de la misma.
La Tarjeta puede ser utilizada en la compra de cualquier artículo a la venta en tiendas físicas ubicadas en España y Portugal (excepto tienda online, aeropuertos y corners en El Corte Inglés). No puede ser utilizada en puntos de venta de otros países.
El importe de esta tarjeta puede ser de 50€, 100€, o 200€. El cliente que reciba la tarjeta regalo no podrá solicitar que se reduzca ni se aumente el valor de ésta, ni tampoco solicitar su devolución.
La tarjeta regalo puede usarse tantas veces como se desee hasta que se agote el importe total por el que ha sido emitida, momento en el que la tarjeta regalo quedará a disposición de AD. Si la compra excede el saldo disponible en la tarjeta, la diferencia podrá pagarse en metálico o a través de cualquier otra forma de pago aceptada por AD.
El saldo disponible aparecerá en el recibo de caja cada vez que se realice una compra con la tarjeta regalo. Antes de abandonar el punto de venta, el usuario de la tarjeta regalo deberá comprobar el saldo disponible reflejado en el citado recibo de caja. Salvo prueba en contrario, el saldo disponible en la tarjeta en cada momento será el que determine el lector de tarjetas que se utilice en los puntos de venta AD.
La tarjeta regalo puede utilizarse en períodos de rebajas y/o actividades promocionales. No se permite usar varias tarjetas regalo de forma conjunta en una misma compra.
Devolución. Los productos adquiridos con la tarjeta regalo están sujetos a la política de cambios y devoluciones de AD. En caso de devolución de la compra efectuada con una tarjeta regalo, es necesario acudir a una tienda física y presentar el tique de compra. No se realizarán reembolsos en efectivo, sólo cambios por cualquier otro producto del mismo importe o superior (abonando la diferencia), o se podrá emitir un vale devolución por el importe correspondiente.
Vigencia. La tarjeta regalo no tiene caducidad.
Responsabilidad. La responsabilidad del uso y custodia de la tarjeta regalo corresponde exclusivamente a su tenedor. AD no se hace responsable de que la tarjeta no pueda utilizarse como instrumento de pago por deterioro, pérdida o robo de ésta.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
