La Tarjeta Regalo BERSHKA (la Tarjeta) es propiedad de BERSHKA BSK ESPAÑA, S.A.U.,
siendo su portador un mero depositario de la misma.
La Tarjeta es válida únicamente en España para la compra de cualquier producto a la venta en
las tiendas BERSHKA o en www.Bershka.com.
El saldo de la Tarjeta no podrá reembolsars e ni canjearse por dinero.
La Tarjeta puede usarse tantas veces como se desee hasta que se agote el importe total de su
saldo.
El saldo disponible en la Tarjeta es la diferencia entre el saldo disponible en el momento
inmediatamente anterior a realizar una compra y el importe correspondiente utilizado para el
pago de tal compra. Si la compra excede el saldo disponible en la Tarjeta, la diferencia podrá
pagarse a través de cualquier forma de pago aceptada en las tiendas BERSHKA o en
www.Bershka.com, según sea el caso.
El saldo disponible aparecerá cada vez que se realice una compra con la Tarjeta (i) en el
recibo, en caso de compra en una de las tiendas BERSHKA, o (ii) en la información facilitada
al realizar un pedido, en caso de compra en www.Bershka.com. S e podrá consultar el saldo
disponible en la Tarjeta en las tiendas BERSHKA y en www.Bershka.com.
Los productos adquiridos con la Tarjeta en las tiendas BERSHKA están sujetos a los mismos
términos y condiciones de compra que el resto de productos comprados en dichas tiendas. Por
su parte, los productos adquiridos con la Tarjeta en www.Bershka.com están sujetos a los
Términos y Condiciones de compra de dicha página web.
La Tarjeta es un documento al portador. La responsabilidad del uso y custodia de la Tarjeta
corresponde exclusivamente a su tenedor. No se reemplazará la Tarjeta en caso de robo,
pérdida, extravío o deterioro, si bien el titular emisor de la misma se reserva el derecho a
reemplazar la Tarjeta en caso de cambio de formato de la misma.
Las Tarjetas obtenidas de forma ilícita serán nulas, no podrán utilizarse para la compra de
bienes y su importe no será rembolsado.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
