Terms of use of the Fnac gift card
Las cantidades distintas a 25, 50, 100 o 200 euros se entregarán en varias tarjetas regalo, que sumadas darán el mismo importe.
Utiliza la tarjeta regalo Fnac España para comprar en tienda y en Fnac.es: a través de la App y en el Marketplace excepto si quieres adquirir entradas, revelar fotos, descargar software y ebooks. Puedes usar las tarjetas regalo en una o varias compras, pero no canjearlas por dinero ni acumular en una sola, el importe de varias. No tienen caducidad, ni admiten devolución, ni serán reemplazadas en caso de pérdida.
Si quieres canjear la tarjeta regalo en una tienda, muestra el código que has recibido por email. Si no quieres utilizar el importe completo o el importe de la compra supera al de la tarjeta, paga el resto con tu tarjeta bancaria. Si quieres canjearla en nuestra web añade el código en el paso 3 de la tramitación del pedido y la cantidad que quieras se descontará del importe del pedido; si éste es superior al de la tarjeta paga el resto con cualquiera de los medios de pago que tenemos disponibles y que puedes consultar aquí.
Podrás utilizar la tarjeta regalo en una o varias compras, pero no canjearla por dinero, ni acumular el importe de varias tarjetas regalo. No tiene caducidad y no será reemplazada en caso de pérdida.
