To use the gift card, choose an activity on the GetYourGuide platform and, at checkout, click “Enter promo code or gift card” and enter the code. If the total differs from the gift card value, you can pay the difference or use the remainder on a future booking.
Only one gift card can be used per transaction and it cannot be combined with promo codes. Not all offers are eligible for payment by gift card. It cannot be exchanged for cash, cancelled or refunded, and it is not replaced if lost or stolen.
Validity: three years from the end of the year of purchase. The balance and validity can be checked on the GetYourGuide customer support page.
