Puede usar su tarjeta regalo Guess si es el comprador o se le dan como regalo.
Puede utilizar su tarjeta regalo Guess para realizar el pago total o parcial de productos online en www.guess.eu. Para obtener una lista de las tiendas participantes, visite www.guess.eu.
No puede usar una tarjeta regalo Guess para comprar otra tarjeta regalo Guess.
Puede obtener información sobre el saldo restante en la tarjeta en cualquier caja registradora de las tiendas participantes.
Cuando utilice su tarjeta regalo Guess, el importe de su compra (impuestos incluidos) se deducirá del saldo de la tarjeta cuando se presente; cualquier saldo restante se puede utilizar para el pago de futuras compras. Su saldo no atraerá ningún interés. La tarjeta regalo Guess no puede recargada.
En caso de compra online de la tarjeta regalo Guess, el consumidor tiene derecho a cancelar la compra en un plazo de 30 (treinta) días naturales a partir del día de la compra, sin proporcionar ninguna razón e incurrir en costes, tan sólo deberá expresar su deseo de rescindir el contrato como se indica en la sección de la tarjeta regalo en www.guess.eu. El uso de la Tarjeta Regalo Guess para compras de cualquier entidad provoca la expiración del derecho de desistimiento antes indicado.
Su tarjeta de regalo Guess no se puede cambiar por dinero en efectivo. Los productos comprados pueden ser cambiados de acuerdo con la política habitual de Guess, respetando sus derechos legales.
Todas las devoluciones de productos comprados con su tarjeta Regalo Guess se realizarán de acuerdo con la política de devoluciones de Guess. Esto no afecta a sus derechos legales. Los detalles de esta política se pueden encontrar en www.guess.eu o en cualquier tienda Guess de Propiedad.
Las tarjetas perdidas, robadas o dañadas no se pueden reemplazar. Guess no puede aceptar ninguna responsabilidad por su tarjeta si se pierde, se roba o se daña.
Las Tarjetas Regalo dañadas, alteradas o canceladas serán tratadas como nulas.
Su tarjeta regalo Guess seguirá siendo propiedad de Guess y no es un cheque de garantía, una tarjeta de crédito o débito.
Guess se reserva el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones en el caso de que sea necesario. Dichas modificaciones y cambios no afectarán sus derechos y obligaciones de ninguna manera a menos que los cambios sean a su favor.
Guess se reserva el derecho de rechazar las solicitudes de compra de productos en caso de sospecha grave de fraude o uso indebido de la tarjeta de regalo.
