Tienda Online: La tarjeta regalo adquirida a través de la página web o en cualquiera de nuestras ópticas y centros auditivos tiene un código numérico y un código de barras. El código numérico se tiene que introducir al finalizar el proceso de compra online, en el recuadro de Código de descuento o Tarjeta Regalo.
Tiendas Físicas: Si la utilizas en tiendas, aporta la tarjeta física (si la has comprado en tienda física) o el código de la tarjeta (tanto si has comprado online o en tienda) al personal de la tienda.
¿Se puede recargar la Tarjeta Regalo?
No, el importe introducido en la tarjeta regalo online es el definitivo hasta agotarse.
¿Puede usarse en tiendas físicas?
Si, el código de la tarjeta regalo online puede ser canjeado en cualquiera de nuestras tiendas.
¿Se puede adquirir también la tarjeta en cualquier óptica y centro auditivo?
Sí, en cualquiera de nuestras Ópticas y Centros auditivos puedes solicitar tu Tarjeta Regalo, la cual será facilitada en formato físico y se podrá utilizar de igual forma en la página web.
¿Se puede escoger el importe a utilizar de la Tarjeta Regalo al comprar por la Web?
No, al introducir el código de la Tarjeta Regalo en la página Web, automáticamente se utilizará el total disponible, o el importe justo del producto adquirido, manteniendo el resto del importe sobrante en la propia Tarjeta Regalo.
¿Como puedo consultar el saldo de la Tarjeta Regalo?
Puedes consultar el saldo en cualquiera de nuestros centros, escribiéndonos a [email protected] o vía chat o whatsapp.
¿Se puede devolver una compra realizada con la Tarjeta Regalo?
Si. Al proceder con la devolución de un producto adquirido con la tarjeta regalo, el importe se reembolsará en una nueva tarjeta regalo, junto con el importe sobrante si procediera, anulando la tarjeta regalo inicial. La tarjeta regalo sigue sujeta a nuestra Política de cambios y devoluciones.
¿Se devuelve el dinero de las Tarjetas Regalo?
No se reembolsará el importe introducido en las tarjetas regalo.
¿Se puede tener la Tarjeta Regalo de forma física?
No, las tarjetas regalo online funcionan con código y no se distribuyen de forma física, excepto en nuestras ópticas y centros auditivos, donde sí la ofrecen de forma física.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
