El Cheque regalo de TUI fly sólo es válido si reserva directamente sus boletos de vuelo con TUI fly en la página www.tuifly.be. Un Cheque regalo solo se puede usar en una reserva por su valor total. No es posible dividir el valor de un vale de regalo en varias reservas y no reembolsamos ninguna diferencia de precio entre el valor del vale de regalo y el valor de los vuelos reservados. Sin embargo, es posible usar múltiples vales de regalo (máximo 10) en una reserva.

¿Cómo puedo usar el Cheque regalo de TUI fly?
Haga su reserva a través de nuestra página web Tuifly.be y rellene el número de su cheque regalo y el código de activación durante la reserva de su vuelo. (En Paso 4 (detalles), sección 4: Cheques regalo) El Cheque regalo de TUI fly sólo es válido si reserva directamente con TUI fly en la página TUI fly. El Cheque regalo de TUI fly se puede usar como pago (parcial) de uno o más billetes de vuelo de la oferta de TUI fly. No obstante, el Cheque regalo no se puede descontar de un viaje que ya haya sido reservado o efectuado. Puede usar varios Cheques regalo por reserva (10 por reserva como máximo). Cada Cheque regalo sólo puede ser utilizado una vez. En cuanto se use un Cheque regalo de TUI fly como pago (parcial) de una reserva a través de TUI fly, el valor de éste caduca. El Cheque regalo de TUI fly no es canjeable por dinero en efectivo, y tampoco es posible cambiarlo por otro Cheque regalo de TUI fly con el mismo valor mencionado, o parte de dicho valor. Se pueden usar varios Cheques regalo por cada viaje reservado.
¿Por cuánto tiempo es válido un Cheque regalo?
En el Cheque regalo de TUI fly vienen indicados una fecha de emisión, un código de activación y un plazo de validez. El Cheque regalo es válido durante 12 meses y no se puede prolongar. Asimismo, el cheque regalo es válido solamente para un viaje de ida dentro de los 12 meses siguientes a la fecha de emisión.
¿Está el Cheque regalo TUI fly a nombre de alguien?
No. Los Cheques regalo de TUI fly no se emiten a nombre de personas determinadas. Por lo tanto, se pueden pasar a otra persona sin problemas.
¿Se indica algún importe en el Cheque regalo de TUI fly?
Se indica un importe en el Cheque regalo de TUI fly, porque el beneficiario necesita saber cuánto puede gastar a la hora de elegir un viaje de la oferta de viajes de TUI fly.
¿Están los Cheques regalo sujetos al IVA?
Los Cheques regalo de TUI fly no están sujetos al IVA en base al art. 44, §3, 10°. La administración del IVA considera los cheques regalo como un medio de pago. En el momento en el que el Cheque regalo de TUI fly se utiliza para la reserva de un viaje, el tour operador tiene que pagar el IVA a la administración del IVA. Sin embargo, ni el donante ni el beneficiario tienen que preocuparse por eso.
