Para utilizar la Aplicación Uber Eats para pedir comida, bebidas u otros artículos ("Artículos") de restaurantes u otros negocios ("Comerciantes"), primero debes registrarse y mantener una cuenta personal activa para los Servicios de Usuario Dedicados con Uber B.V. ("Cuenta Uber"). Una vez que hayas obtenido acceso a la aplicación Uber Eats, podrás realizar pedidos de artículos. Podrás cancelar tu pedido hasta que el Comerciante haya comenzado a preparar los Artículos. Una vez que el Comerciante haya comenzado a preparar los Artículos, ya no podrás cancelar tu pedido y se te cobrará el precio completo de los Artículos pedidos. Si cancelas tu pedido una vez iniciada la entrega, también se te cobrará el precio total debido por los servicios de entrega. Si una Entrega Uber o una Entrega de Comerciante no se completa por razones atribuibles a ti (por ejemplo, no contestaste al intercomunicador cuando los Artículos fueron entregados), se te puede cobrar en su totalidad tanto el precio de los Artículos como el precio de los Servicios de Entrega.
