Se entenderá por tarjeta regalo Yumping, un "cheque regalo" consumible más adelante por el valor de la compra por cualquiera de las actividades y productos disponibles en Portal Web en el momento del canje.
Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, las tarjetas regalo Yumping no caducan y siempre podrán ser consumidas.
El titular de la compra realizada tendrá derecho a solicitar la devolución en un plazo no superior a 14 días naturales a la fecha de compra, fuera de este plazo no podrá reclamarse su devolución.
La fecha de caducidad/validez exacta o la ausencia de ésta figurará en el propio documento.
