Os cartões-presente Zalando podem ser resgatados em zalando.pt e na aplicação Zalando para a compra de produtos elegíveis da Zalando SE ou de outros vendedores (Zalando Partners). Não podem ser usados para comprar outro cartão-presente Zalando nem trocados por dinheiro, e não são reembolsados em caso de perda ou dano.
Máximo de 200 € por cartão e por compra: é possível usar vários cartões numa compra até esse montante, e o saldo restante fica para compras futuras. Normalmente são ativados no prazo de 24 horas após a compra e só podem ser utilizados antes de efetuar o pedido. Se cancelares o pedido ou devolveres produtos, o montante volta ao cartão-presente.
Os valores diferentes de 10, 25, 50 ou 100 euros podem ser entregues em vários cartões que, somados, dão o mesmo valor.
Validade: 5 anos a partir da data de compra.
